Richard Simmons has been at it as long as I have. 30 years in the fitness business helping people to look and feel better and both of us are still going strong. The thing about Richard is his trademark enthusiasm. It isn’t just for show. The guy doesn’t turn off the charm for a second. In person, he’s exactly the way you imagine he is.
