2 pm to 2:15 pm break (Bring your lunch, and enjoy healthy snacks with blended drinks).

2:15 to 3pm WE will continue selecting goals.

3 pm to 4:30 pm Experience actual “Eyes Open Hypnosis” session to begin the first of 7 days of short daily 15 minutes.
