WE WILL DELIVER:
- any necessary research to provide you with current and specific knowledge about the subject that you have selected.
- a PowerPoint presentation based on the agenda that is pre-approved by your team.
- conference call for a review session prior to the engagement.
- CD copy of PowerPoint Presentations included. (Book offered at discount of $10 instead of retail pricing.)
- healthcare materials and will be available for questions and answers session on the date specified.
PAYMENT:
- The Client will pay the speaking fee and expenses within 15 days of invoice.
- Checks are to be made payable to Health Wellness Studios Inc.
- Dr. Delgado will be pay all expenses involved with this project, except for the following travel-related expenses:
AIRFARE: Billed as actually accrued, including all taxes, fees etc., not to exceed $1500 per round-trip.
LODGING: Billed as, all fees actually accrued, not to exceed $250 per day.
FOOD & TAXI: $150 one day. $50 for each extra day.
