This recipe can be found in my new cookbook, which will be coming out in the next couple months. It’s a family favorite. My kids absolutely love it. Kids love raisins. Raisins contain no fat and no cholesterol. A serving contains 10 milligrams of sodium, 310 milligrams of potassium, 31 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of dietary fiber, 29 grams of sugars, 1 gram of protein, and 2 percent of your daily value of calcium, as well as 6 percent of your daily value of iron. Raisins also contain high levels of phytochemicals and antioxidants.
